Natural area restoration
Ms Ward’s Year 11 Certificate II in Permaculture class gained valuable experience in natural area restoration during a recent visit to the Mary Carroll Park. Upon arrival at the wetlands, the students were given a rundown on the area’s native species and history from Mr Ross Wylie of the Armadale Gosnells Landcare Group. The students then got to work, planting out some 800 plants. Job well done!
